Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Domestic delivery within India typically takes 7–10 business days from dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, incorrect address details, or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed strictly by our Refund Policy. Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images. Requests outside the policy will not be accepted.
